• Take responsibility for operational data management within the following areas:-

         - Data Cleansing

         - Data Validation

         - Data Transformation

         - Data Integration

         - Data Mining

• Meet specified internal quality and productivity levels set by the Data Services Manager in order to achieve the throughput of new PRT business.
• Consult with a range of internal LGR customers to understand their requirements in order to deliver the required results.
• Be fully versed in the principles and concepts of Data Quality Management.
• Take responsibility for testing and documenting all processes.

• Advanced user experience in MS Excel & Access.
• Familiarity with SAS and/or SQL  is beneficial.
• Understanding of project management and test frameworks
• Proven technical aptitude
• Understanding of defined benefit pension schemes is highly desirable.
• Experience in delivering best practice MI solutions (e.g. highlight reports, management dashboards)
• Has a strong understanding of the risks to their team, and the business. Actively takes steps to reduce these risks.
• Understands the breach process, the reporting of complaints and control failure processes.
• Highly customer focused and understands the need to maintain and improve relationships with both internal and external customers. This includes policyholders, scheme members, legislative bodies, third parties and your colleagues within the whole of L&G.
• Able to provide an accurate and cost effective service by getting it right first time and actively supports and trains others to reach the same high standard.
