We have excellent opportunities for Customer Consultants on a fixed term basis to join our Mature Savings team in Hove

You will be responsible for data cleansing to maintain the integrity of Legal & General’s data and underlying systems to ensure the accuracy of customer records..

Job Duties: Duties may include updating systems, investigating system anomalies, sending out letters, populating spreadsheets, dealing with enquiries, training and quality checking the work of others.

• Previous work experience within a similar role is desirable.
• Flexibility and willingness to work across business areas and systems as required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and the highest standards of accuracy essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and create trust.
• Able to manage a very busy workload meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• Commitment - to provide excellent customer service
