We have an excellent opportunity for a eg operational efficiency manager to be based at our office in Hove.

  • To develop and manage best practice use of eg and deliver operational efficiency. Working with operational teams and support functions in the implementation communication, training and post-implementation support. Offer a highly consultative, pro-active service offering to all departments and functions with regards to eg best practice, reporting and insight.
  • Ensure Best Practice documents are produced, continually developed and updated when required.  Work with ICS ( Insurance Customer Service )operations managers to continually develop and refine to meet the needs of the business. Ensure Best Practice is understood and followed – work with ICS operations managers to support driving performance improvements and deliver efficiencies
  • Liaise with operations and project leads throughout change implementation to ensure eg resource is available for consultation on projects and to make any changes when required. Ensuring we deliver the best
  • Manage new eg build requests – working with ops managers, eg and other support functions to provide the build, communication, training and post-implementation support. Reducing timescale for implementation by time needed from eg technical experts for project planning, meetings and stakeholder management.
  • Rationalise the eg MI portfolio while increasing visibility and accessibility of data that truly supports the business in achieving its end objectives.
  • Use available eg MI as a platform to provide intelligent insight to senior management team, which supports the correct business decision on growth and cost reduction. Lead all eg impact analysis from projects and ad hoc customer interactions to ensure eg is ready for change.
  • Develop and manage a structured review process (minimum quarterly) to validate eg process measures  - skills, unit times, service standards by task and process
  • Develop and eg deliver training to the wider Operational Planning Team that helps individual technical development / system knowledge and helps the department increase its overall eg effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Access
  • Analytics / Statistics
