We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our London office

  • Play an integral role in developing and launching Innovations to the risk transfer market, carrying out feasibility and market testing, including the relevant internal and external stakeholders;
  • Lead in the development of marketing material and pitches to consultants, Trustees and Sponsors, and confidently present the Legal & General proposition;
  • Ensure that Innovations are taken through appropriate governance processes and appropriately analyse and mitigate and manage risks;
  • Help build relationships with EBCs, Law Firms, Independent Trustees, Corporates etc;
  • Maintain and enhance the standing of L&G within the buyout market / insured de-risking market, in particular ensuring that L&G is seen as professional, proactive, and offering innovative solutions;
  • Support the team’s aim to demonstrate flexibility to the market in delivering tailored solutions, through proactively raising ideas with other team members and looking for opportunities to demonstrate innovation in live cases
  • Extensive knowledge of at least one of the following:
    • Defined Benefit Pension Schemes
    • Bulk annuity transactions
    • Asset liability management
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Strong presentation skills and sales experience;
  • Good networking skills; 
  • Strong consulting and time management skills
  • Previous experience of adapting to new projects or situations by the development and implementation of new, non-standard and innovative solutions.
