Group Digital is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join a rapidly expanding and exciting part of our business. You will be expected to provide support for heads of designated business areas and their wider teams, working flexibly with other PAs and EAs in the business.

Typical accountabilities in this role include:

  • Supporting a range of activities i.e. booking travel, ordering stationery and equipment, maintaining structure charts and distribution lists, workshop/ training course booking and event planning.
  • Assist with organising larger events including innovation days, away days etc.
  • Liaise with reception to book visitors in and meet & greet when required in our office locations.
  • Owning new starter process including requesting relevant system access, ordering passes and equipment as required.
  • Provide office support; access to contractors when required, stock management for consumables and point of contact for building manager.
  • Contribute to wider Group Digital Operation’s employee engagement and morale initiatives.
  • Ensuring Invoices are paid in a timely manner and adhering to internal procurement rules.
  • Efficient management of electronic diaries ensuring that urgent emails and correspondences are initially acknowledged and escalated where appropriate.
  • Deputise for other Personal Assistants in times of absence and annual leave across the Group Digital business.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience as a PA/EA
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrate accuracy at all times
  • High standards of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritise work to importance and deadlines
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Proactive approach to assisting peers and sharing knowledge and expertise
