Deliver transformation and change consultancy services to the division, helping to shape and design outcomes through innovation, energy and a relentless focus on delivery.

Deliver transformation and change consultancy services to the division, helping to shape and design outcomes through innovation, energy and a relentless focus on delivery.

Direct, manage and deliver complex portfolios of transformation /change projects to time, quality and budget, using innovative solutions and appropriate controls to reach the desired outcome(s).  

Identify transformation opportunities for the division through stakeholder relationships, shaping ideas and creating solutions that have senior executive buy-in.

Shape and develop a strategic transformation portfolio to help drive the division’s strategy in the short and longer term.

Effectively manage the commercial aspects of the portfolio, ensuring that the appropriate financial controls are in place and that there is a clear alignment between costs and business benefits.

Own relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the right service standards and can derive measurable benefits for the business from the portfolio.

Suitably represent the Change team at all relevant control boards, including Change Boards

Offer advice, support and direction to the division to uphold a consistent and robust approach to all transformation and change management activities.

Ensure that all project and departmental risks are identified, monitored and mitigated and are appropriately reflected in risk returns.

Lead team of transformational professionals, developing skills and standards to ensure the effective delivery of the portfolio. Develop talent and future leadership capabilities to support a development path for team members.

Qualifications:

Agile and Scrum (SAFe)

Lean

Prince 2 and / or equivalent

Knowledge:

Financial Services Background specifically in Pensions & Investments

Change/Transformation management disciplines

Strong Technology understanding to provide Business Solutions

Skills:

Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi supplier transformation/change projects

Product and technology savvy with an aptitude to bridge the gap between business and IT to deliver pragmatic, cost effective solutions

Track record of building effective relationships in complex environments

Proven background in influencing senior stakeholders and developing outcomes that challenge their original thinking.  

Proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, ruthlessly prioritise, and manage a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly define issues and make tough decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a senior stakeholders and a broad range of individuals across various disciplines  

Senior Leadership presence; ability to comfortably interact with all stakeholders (board, customers, employees, partners, suppliers)

Track record of strong  leadership and employee engagement
