We have an excellent opportunity for a SIPP & FAD Pension Service Specialist to be based at our offices in Cardiff

• Complete the end to end processing  from quote through to payment of  drawdown claims for a portfolio of Workplace DC pension customers.
• Using supported systems, prioritise own work and proactively support your team colleagues to meet and where possible exceed service levels, targets and customer expectations, across the full suite of Workplace DC pensions products and propositions.
• Take ownership of resolving exceptions and identify process improvements, recommending system changes and enhancements in order to reduce our operational costs
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all internal and external customers
• Maintain and share an excellent knowledge and understanding of Pension and SIPP legislation and regulatory requirements e.g. deliver Timely Execution, COBS breach SLAs and complete HMRC and FCA Reporting.
• Take full responsibility for the servicing of accurate and timely transactions,
• Actively participate in Projects within the area.

• Have strong Analytical, problem solving and investigative skills.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, demonstrating good listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to raise your game when faced with a challenge or opportunity.
• Be willing to learn new systems and have the ability to reconcile multiple systems.
• Be able to  confidently liaise with internal and external customers.

• Able to take an active role in  projects meetings .
