We have an excellent opportunity for a Pension Service Specialist to be based at our offices in Cardiff

•Analyse, manage and own complex processes and tasks for the end to end servicing of the WorkSave pension plan self invested customers

•Ensure customers are provided with the correct information to manage and plan for retirement.

•Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all internal and external customers by supporting the Workplace DC pensions proposition in line with treating customers fairly

•Maintain and share an excellent knowledge and understanding of Pension and SIPP legislation and regulatory requirements e.g. deliver Timely Execution, COBS breach SLAs and  complete HMRC and FCA Reporting.

•Take full responsibility for the servicing of accurate and timely transactions, including placing trades on behalf of customers.

•Take an active role in large projects, managing expectations of all relevant parties (both internal and external).

•Have strong Analytical,numeracy and problem solving and investigative skills

•Able to reconcile Payroll figures for audit purposes.

•Be willing to learn new systems and have the ability to reconcile multiple systems.

•Have a broad knowledge of Workplace DC Pensions products.

•Be able to liaise with distribution managers and confidently challenge whether bespoke requirements can be met.

•Have exceptional customer service skills.

•Able to take an active role in  projects meetings with external clients.

•Understanding of management information within the area.

•Demonstrate ability to use all controls in place and adhere to regulatory procedures including assisting with audits.

•Hold or willing to study for relevant IOC qualifications
