We are recruiting a new position in our London office for a Transaction Manager in our Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) team. The role holder will be responsible for the project management and successful delivery of transactions within PRT team, along with supporting new product initiatives and potentially other projects within the team. 

The role holder will be responsible for the project management and successful delivery of transactions within Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) team, along with supporting new product initiatives and potentially other projects within the team. Utilising your project management skills, you will ensure appropriate plans and governance are in place for new transactions and initiatives.

  • Project management of PRT transactions
  • Ensuring PRT governance and processes are adhered to
  • Be responsible for ensuring the product management framework is kept updated and aligned to our products
  • Where required manage 3rd party relationships with external advisors and suppliers
  • Act as point of escalation during post signing activities
  • Liaise with other areas of LGR to ensure any potential impact of transactions are understood and recognised in the proposition
  • Provide oversight on all post transaction activities ensuring milestones are met and reported against
  • Project management of new initiatives
  • Project management of PRT projects
  • Senior stakeholder management at Director level within LGR and L&G business units
  • Project and programme management
  • Experienced user of MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • 3rd party relationship management
  • Client management
