We are recruiting for an HR Business Analyst to join our team in Cardiff.

In depth analysis of current HR business processes and proposing adaptations to stakeholders.

To manage the ongoing development and delivery of HR’s Groupwide approach to the intranet and similar technologies; and to provide advice on the specification, development, implementation and  promotion of HR policies and processes to all business and HR users, consistent with user requirements.

Control and maintain the storage and version control of HR policy and process documentation and standard templates

Lead requirements  gathering processes on HR related projects and conduct validation with stakeholders, gain appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation

Strong Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering skills

Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.

Knowledge of CMS and Sharepoint

Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills in order to influence stakeholders

Ability to self-manage

Strong collaboration skills including working with the wider HR community
