We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to on a 3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract to join us in our Hove office.

 

To manage the end to end development and delivery of online marketing & promotional activity that supports the Corporate E-Proposition, managed against Return on Investment criteria.

 

To track and analyse market activities and developments, evaluate opportunities for the improvement of our own offerings and to make appropriate recommendations for action. 

 

To provide project support for strategic online initiatives, delivering high level requirements and support for test and business case activities for the Corporate Division.

 

To develop and deliver attractive and engaging online content that meets L&G regulatory, brand and customer standards. 

 

 

To develop, manage and control the annual activity plan and budget in respect of the E-Proposition.    

 

 

To work with the Head of E Proposition in developing the E-Strategy and supporting strategic development programmes.

 

To build effective working relationships with all relevant functions that support the E-Proposition or are impacted by its development including Marketing, Distribution, Servicing, Product, PR, Legal and Regulatory teams, plus where appropriate, third party suppliers.

 

To manage and coordinate resolution activity when e-commerce incidents arise, ensuring that internal and external customers are fully informed to ensure that end customer impact is minimalized

E-Development 

Experience in the development and delivery of web based approaches and communications

Strong Project Management skills

Proven track record in delivering requirements on time and within budget. Able to deal with multiple initiatives.  

Business / Proposition development

Proven ability to generate and develop their own workable business ideas and to manage stakeholder interests in bringing these to delivery

Problem Solving

Ability to identify and implement digital solutions to business and user issues

Team worker

Ability to work as part of a team to deliver requirements as required

Presenter

Ability to present to external clients and individuals at all level of the hierarchy

Industry experience

Financial services experience essential.  Pensions and/or Savings background desirable.  Understanding of the regulatory framework,  exposure to approval processes and industry standards in relation to E services. .

Specific Experience

Two years or more experience in an E-Development or E-Marketing communications role.

Strong PC skills

 

Confident / competent with spreadsheets, project management software and MS Word processing

Qualifications

 

Marketing qualification (eg CIM, IDM) desirable but not essential
