We are currently recruiting a Financial Crime Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. 

In this role, you will ensure Group Protection meets its obligation to screen all new and existing business customers in line with L&G Divisional Financial Crime Standards. You will also provide administrative support to the Group Protection business area to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulation in respect of Financial Crime standards.

  • Ensure all new insurance policies issued to customers of Group Protection are screened for regulatory checks to ensure Group Protection comply with L&G Divisional Financial Crime standards.
  • Ensure Group Protection's products, processes and related communications comply with relevant anti-financial crime legislation and related regulatory requirements so that Group Protection meets its responsibilities in these areas. 
  • Provide a technical support function for the Group Protection business unit in relation to financial crime measures, giving general and case specific guidance on products and legislative issues to ensure Group protection can meet its obligations while providing an excellent service to its customers.
  • Ensure the anti-financial crime measures are at the fore front of the development of new Group Protection products and propositions.
  • Where relevant, ensure promotional material and core literature provided to customers provides required anti-financial crime wordings in order to meet Group Protection’s legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure issues are identified and addressed to ensure that customers are treated fairly in line with L&G’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy.

 

Knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Group Protection product knowledge
  • Anti-Money laundering regulations
  • ICOBS
