We have a superb opportunity for a Change Lead- HR Transformation to join us on a 24 months FTC.

You will enable our people to adopt and embed changes across HR Transformation and broader change people agenda. This involves managing and implementing a change and communication plan across multiple streams, championing the use of best practice in change management standards, tools and processes. The role is responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the realisation of project outcomes to ensure the successful implementation of the people change.

  • Leading on change management activity and plans to drive implementation, define success metrics and track the realisation of the project outcomes to ensure the successful implementation of the people change ensuring they deliver on time, on budget and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Managing key relationships with each of the COE’s to leverage existing solutions and to co-create new solutions if required
  • Implementing effective change adoption strategies and effective implementation of change across the organisation and to actively encourage cultural change and collaboration in alignment with the business strategy and values
  • Designing and implementing effective comms plans and partner with the Group Internal Communications team to ensure alignment with wider Group HR and Group-wide communications.
  • Leading on all communications for the programme, identifying what is required to ensure its success, devising, and delivering a communications plan and keeping key stakeholders up to date.
  • Working with your team and wider change colleagues to share best practice and lessons learned to adopt best practice.
  • Developing targeted people and change management deliverables as required for division supporting strategic framework and priorities to establish the new people change capability
  • Ensuring approach to and work delivered supports L&G’s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) to ensure the right outcome and excellent service delivery. 
  • Working in a People and/or Change Management capacity
