You will play a key part in connecting with our different business areas, understanding the way they currently work, conceptualising how different ways of working could support them, and designing the support, collateral or workshops required to make it a reality.

  • Enabling business results by delivering proactive, and targeted solutions that help shape the way people work
  • Working closely with each of the COE’s to leverage existing solutions and to co-create new solutions if required
  • Supporting the workplace change management needs by leveraging and applying change methodologies and engagement by leveraging enterprise strategies, tools and resources
  • Engaging with divisional HR and Future of Work leads for specific people-related initiatives and objectives in alignment with the overall programme outcomes
  • People and change management subject matter expertise and targeted delivery support as required. Providing advice, templates and experience
  • Developing People change collateral to deliver the people-centred change for the floor launches
  • Targeted people and change management deliverables as required for division supporting strategic framework and priorities to establish the new people change capability
  • Ensuring the fair treatment of customers and employees is central to our corporate culture.
  • Ideally looking for someone with experience in a People and/or Change Management role
  • Successful experience of translating analysis into practical implementation
  • Experience in facilitation and running workshops
  • Solution and collateral design
  • Collaborative problem solving
  • Action-orientated, driving conversations and meetings to a result
  • Stakeholder management
