Are you a Business Analyst looking for you next move?
We’re currently looking to hire a Business Analyst to join Legal and General Retirement Transformation team.
As a Business Analyst you will have an important role leading requirements elicitation process on projects, both business and IT, including activities and deliverables for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning and executing business analysis activities
- Identifying business opportunities through stakeholder relationships, shaping ideas, creating and promoting solutions and gaining senior management buy-in
- Leading requirements elicitation processes on projects, both business and IT, including activities and deliverables for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning and executing business analysis
- Conducting requirements validation with stakeholders, gain appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation
- Reviewing and evaluating any proposed solutions identifying alignment with business strategies making recommendations to key stakeholders ensuring they are fully aware of key risks and assumptions
- Evaluating the quality of all deliverables, including those of 3rd parties, to ensure the end product is fit for purpose and are acceptable to all stakeholders
- Managing, motivating and developing employees at all levels, in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s policies
- Understanding the principles of Business Transformation and is able to translate these principles into business/people change activities and project outcomes
- To be successful in this role you’ll have previous experience as a Business Analyst with experience in coaching and developing Business Analysts
- Outstanding experience working with Project Managers at a senior level required and proven delivery track record of change / transformation
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills in order to influence internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to manage and benefit from virtual meetings, with limited reliance on face-to-face meetings
- Ability to self-manage and work in a dynamic environment;
