This is a great opportunity for an experienced Relationship Management Analyst to join our team on a one-year maternity leave contract. 

The proactive management of service providers is a key element of our strategy and as such the team is embarking on an ambitious growth plan. We aim to ensure the right level of supplier oversight ensuring a good framework is in place for LGIM key suppliers and material outsourcers in accordance with Group Procurement & Supplier Management Policy and LGIM Supplier Relationship Management Playbook.

 

 

Providing proactive management of service providers (including LGIM’s largest supplier relationship) you'll demonstrate adherence to our governance guidelines and activities across the LGIM business.  You will also identify and address any service deficiencies and measure supplier performance against defined SLA’s and benchmarks, in addition to identifying and managing key trends across supplier oversight activities including supplier risk indicators.  The above is achieved by:

Supplier Oversight

  • Provide efficient and effective supplier management to LGIM ensuring continuity of service and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders and the LGIM service providers.
  • Co-ordination of service provider reviews and monitoring vs SLA’s and benchmarks
  • Monitor and challenge KPI reporting provided internally and by service providers.
  • Thorough understanding of all key issues and effective escalation of issues with providers, managing them to resolution.
  • Identify areas where the service providers could provide additional services to support our current and future business needs.
  • Influence service providers to continuously raise service standards to meet our expectations.
  • Take ownership & responsibility to maintain and improve the service provision provided by the suppliers through trend analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Plan, chair and document service review meetings
  • Manage and document regular Due Diligence reviews
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge of relevant regulatory changes

 

Team Integration / Technology

  • Maintain technical capability for job, keeping abreast of market and industry developments including attending industry and networking events & forums Initiate change & ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Forming and maintaining effective working relationships with LGIM SRMs and key stakeholders
  • Working closely and sharing experience and knowledge with other team members covering other aspects of the business

 

Documentation

  • Analyse/interpret suppliers Ml and establish relevance to LGIM and identify trends
  • Review Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Timely production of items for the Supplier Management Forum and Committee / Board Reporting.

 

Policy & Playbook Standards

  • Adherence to SRM Playbook reporting.
  • Ensuring metrics are completed in a timely manner across policy and playbook standards.

 

Thorough understanding and in-depth experience of all aspects of Investment Management

Experience of working in a Relationship Management function preferably with Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency experience

Effecting, managing, and driving change within an organisation.

Proven track record of dealing with and influencing across an organisation.

Highly developed communication / presentation skills.

Highly developed influencing and persuasive skills.

Good analytical and written skills.

Demonstrable relationship management skills.

Innovative and creative.

Ability to present to senior management.
