You will work with the strategic team to ensure optimal supplier oversight and governance for a portfolio of key suppliers. These suppliers are fund administrators, brokers, data aggregators and require high levels of oversight and governance.

  • You’ll analyse/interpret Suppliers KPI/Ml 
  • You will build effective working relationships with external parties (suppliers) as well as internal stakeholders 
  • Co-ordinating of regular Supplier reviews
  • Taking ownership & responsibility to maintain and improve the service provision provided by Suppliers and particularly where issues arise
  • Production of Supplier Oversight Reporting Suite
  • Regular reporting for LGIM SRM Forum; Supplier Management Committee; Executive Risk Committee; COO Committee
  • Work with SRMs as wells as Strategic Supplier Risk/Oversight Managers to develop best practice governance and oversight
  • You’ll have experience of Supplier Oversight Reporting (ideally in investments)
  • Ability to understand supplier KPI/MI data to assess service levels and trends
  • You will have knowledge of Suppliers, and their products and general processes
  • Broad investment/asset type knowledge
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel/ MS Word/PowerPoint/Agile Tools/Other (including familiarity with Excel macros)
  • Ability to develop Supplier relationships, and manage stakeholders
  • Capable of communicating complex processes/issues/solutions concisely, be it spoken or written
