The CDDM (Client Data and Documentation Mangement) team is part of Client Service Operations within LGIM’s Distribution Division.

Working within the CDDM  team, the role of Client Data  Executive is responsible for managing and improving Client Data stored in the Client Relationship Management application, Salesforce, implementing and managing new Pooled & Seg Signature mandates, bank mandates, deeds and client documentation and providing day-to-day and strategic support to Implementation Managers and Client Relationship Executives.

  • Proactively managing, maintaining, verifying and validating client data, working closely with the Client Relationship Executives and our clients, ensuring client information is up to date.
  • Managing client signature mandates, bank mandates, deeds and other client documentation. Working with impacted stakeholder teams, ensuring that the business is fully briefed and engaged, and all legal, operational, compliance and transitional requirements are comprehensively identified, tasked and completed. The Client Data Executive is accountable for actively steering the successful acceptance and implementation of these client mandates and documents.
  • Communicating effectively both internally and externally on the progress of client work, holding (where required) regular working group meeting sessions with key stakeholders in order to monitor and manage progress.
  • With the input and approval of internal and external stakeholders, drafting/negotiating legal policy documents. Creative and lateral thinking abilities are critical, as well as the ability to act as a business guardian, considering always LGIM’s standard service and operational capabilities
  • Developing a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within LGIM, building and maintaining an effective network of strong working relationships within those areas
  • Acting as an inward and outward facing ‘data and documentation consultant’, demonstrating technical ability and understanding and an awareness of the client’s decision making process. Communicating and mapping key implementation milestones as necessary to manage and guide expectations.
  • Rigorously applying and, where applicable, designing and implementing, business processes and procedures to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment within an effective governance framework.  
  • Providing day-to-day and strategic support to Implementation Managers and Client Relationship Executives
  • Experience of a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Working within the pensions/investment management industries
  • Working within a Compliance/Legal Dept
  • Training and presenting
  • Institutional client experience
  • Demonstrable track record of dealing with professional clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels
  • Drafting legal documentation
