We currently have the opportunity for Customer Relationship Marketing Manager on a 12 months FTC.

Using SME knowledge of Marketing Orchestration, CRM, Workflow and 1:1 communication platforms to deliver real-time adviser journeys, segmented experiences, marketing campaigns and activities that are highly personalised.  These engagement/ conversion initiatives drive performance and you will continually seek ways to improve performance and influence adviser, customer and commercial outcomes.

To identify opportunities, building a pipeline/ backlog of hypothesis and opportunities for exploration and testing to optimise the lead nurture workflows by segment to improve the efficiency of marketing activity aligned to the distribution strategic aims and marketing plan.

To recommend automation routes to enhance the marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencies of the CRM programme and implement recommendations where/when agreed with the business.

  • Develop a pipeline and backlog of initiatives to help shape and improve the lead generation, lead nurture, prioritisation and conversion processes and performance creating transparency by maintaining a focussed 0-3 months development roadmap and high-level roadmap (of at least 6-12 months horizon)
  • Creation and management of segment led email lead nurture campaigns to increase adviser and business volumes
  • Work with the Senior Mortgage Club Marketing Manager to create a clear prioritisation framework that prioritises and ranks initiatives according to potential value/ impact and alignment to trading challenges.
  • Continually Inspect & Adapt based on performance versus agreed KPIs.  The role requires you to be collaborative and work with other members of the Marketing and Sales teams, and other internal/ third party partners and our technology vendors or platforms to define, brief or build and deliver/ execute tests that deliver statistically significant, repeatable and sustainable increments of value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the backlog and testing schedules. You will work closely with the BI Team on the data/ technology enablers and CX & Insights on modelling & measurement.
  • Take personal ownership to monitor performance and ensure that your Marketing Platform is performing as designed and expected, and identify any risks, issues or emerging opportunities with absolute transparency, escalating to the appropriate team as required.
  • Define, brief or build and deliver/ execute campaigns – ensuring you balance speed and quality of delivery in order to deliver statistically significant, repeatable and sustainable increments of value.
  • Ensure that our marketing technology solutions support or enable our objectives and obligations to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • Develop nurture campaigns using existing platforms whilst strategically assess and recommend technology and integration platforms which would support and enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Educated to Degree Level and/ or Equivalent Professional Certification(s) or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Subject matter expertise with the latest marketing technology industry trends and best practices for Marketing Orchestration, CRM, Workflow and 1:1 communication platforms
  • Desirable to have HTML skills and experience of using templates and building personalisation into solutions
  • Desirable to have workflow building skills and an understanding of data ingest and campaign building processes
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and analytical skills to negotiate with various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of financial products/ financial services and preferably Mortgage Industry.
  • Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level; desirable to have experience working with the Scrum framework as a Product Owner or Scrum team member
  • A natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner
  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement; capable of analysing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations to ensure best practices and enablers/ features are adopted
  • Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations and preferably with experiences of lawful marketing use cases for segmentation, predictive and prescriptive/ next best actions.
  • Experience managing Marketing Orchestration, CRM, Workflow and 1:1 communication platforms with a track record delivering business results
  • Experience of controlled experimentation, multivariant or A:B testing.
  • Significant experience of managing and monitoring workflows for an orchestration/ comms platform
  • Desirable to have experience working with Digital Sales Journeys and Marketing Automation technologies and processes
  • Experience of working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Marketing campaign delivery
  • Ongoing sharing, collaboration and upskilling of peers
  • Deputising for Senior Mortgage Club Marketing Manager in Leadership settings and with 3rd party suppliers
