We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager on a 12 months FTC.

You will be responsible for successfully creating, managing and delivering marketing activity for new and existing Partnership distribution channels across multiple products.

  • Working within the relevant B2B Marketing strategy and overall plan create marketing activity for new and existing distribution channels.
  • Managing and delivering marketing activity for distribution channels as allocated by the  Senior Mortgage Club Marketing Manager ensuring aligment to the distribution strategic aims and plan.
  • Supporting the Senior Mortgage Marketing Manager in developing plans and setting targets that are aligned to allocated budgets.
  • Contributing to best practice and the incorporation of the latest developments and thinking in the delivery of communications.
  • Building effective working relationship with relevant channels and partners to identify opportunities to improve performance and optimise budget.
  • Working across the Insurance business and foster good collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and managing risk through the robust usage of the group risk infrastructure and ensure alignment with supplier management teams within the Insurance business.
  • Keeping abreast of any existing or changes to, compliance, regulatory and company standards.
  • On an on-going basis, ensuring that all campaigns meet the required brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and all L&G specific requirements for compliance/advertising approvals sign off.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable
  • Vocational or professional qualifications in Marketing disciplines (e.g. CIM) desirable
  • Experience of defining and creating complex communication plans across products and customer segments
  • Good understanding and proven track record of B2B or B2B2C channel marketing activity that have driven demonstrable business results
  • Solid understanding of the latest methods of measuring and optimising marketing investments to drive sustainable profitable growth.
  • A strong understanding of  paid, earned and owned media and the role that each plays in the marketing mix for B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Robust general knowledge of the Mortgage, General Insurance & Protection Markets and emerging trends in intermediary and consumer behaviours.
  • Experience of developing and managing insight led customer marketing plans and activities across a range of services, products and brands, preferably within Financial services.
  • Solid understanding of the risk and regulatory environment in which the financial services industry operates and the impact it has on marketing strategy, propositions and communications (FCA, PRA,)
  • Strong creative skills with the capability to assess every piece of communication through the eyes of the customer and the ability to inspire others to think creatively.
  • Good networking, influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of the creative process and working closely with agency partners to deliver creative excellence.
  • A genuine passion for the customer which is demonstrated through all personal outputs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to optimise budgets
  • Good presentation skills
