Are you an incredible customer focussed Scrum Master looking to join a fast-growing business? Do you want to join a world class technical team?

In this role you will take responsibility for helping Cloud teams understand the theory, principles, practices, rules and values of Scrum. You will support the team and its environment to organise, collaborate and improve in order to maximise the value delivered to our customers.

  • Working closely with the Product Owner to ensure product vision, strategy and goals are well understood by the team
  • Facilitating Scrum events
  • Coaching the team to remove impediments to progress
  • Leading and coaching the wider organisation in its adoption of Scrum
  • Driving the adoption of engineering practices such as test-driven development, pair-programming and continuous delivery
  • You’ll hold extensive experience as a Scrum Master preferably within an Azure cloud environment
  • It goes without saying you will need to have knowledge of applying agile values, principles and practices
  • Strong background in applying Scrum, Kanban and engineering practices
  • A leader mindset and the ability to coach, teach and mentor
  • In order to exceed in this role you will have an ability to influence decisions, change and priorities through data-driven evidence
  • Any knowledge of continuous delivery/product management/user experience design process would be a huge plus!
