Do you have knowledge of IT, Cloud, Information Security and Cyber Security concepts? Do you have experience in a customer/client facing role centred around auditing?

This exciting new position will see you build your knowledge bank in the technology and information security space, providing ample opportunity for you to make the role your own!

You’ll be supporting the Information Security Manager as the primary contact for Sales and Customer Relationship teams in providing responses to queries from prospective and existing LGRS clients, as well as audit teams.

This role is based can be based out of London, Cardiff or Hove with the prospect of home working also.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries in relation to the IT infrastructure and Information Security that supports the workplace pension business at L&G
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to client-facing business teams
  • Completing accurate and high-quality submissions in response to requests for information; including answering due diligence questionnaires from clients, as well as consultants and IFAs
  • Implementing and managing an efficient process for capturing, refining and ensuring ongoing validity of responses within the content database
  • Fronting a response to internal and external audits. Managing internal activities relating to audit information gathering and response.
  • Implementing and managing an efficient process for handling client/consultant queries ensuring that all stakeholders are clear on their responsibilities
  • Creating and owning the Security Schedule document and supporting the Information Security Manager with wider Security Analyst work
  • Experience of developing and maintaining a database of answers (knowledge base) for use by other teams
  • Auditing experience
  • Prior experience of Reverse Due Diligence Process and requirements
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT engineering, or related field such as Computer Forensics, Cyber Security or Information Systems
  • Information Security and /or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent) preferred
  • Knowledge of IT, Cloud, Information Security and Cyber Security ideally. Financial services experience is a bonus.
