Are you a Security Architect looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for driving change through innovation? Are you able to think strategically and plan ahead to mitigate risk? If so, then we have an amazing opportunity to join our Group function as a Security Architect in London!

You’ll work closely with our Head of Security Architecture to support the secure design and development of solutions across our Group Enterprise Architecture. This is the ideal role for someone like you who wants to bring new ideas to the table and support our Cloud transformation journey.

  • Understanding security control requirements and translating them into architecture patterns and solution designs
  • Maintaining awareness of current and emerging security risks and the changing threat landscape; recommending mitigating solutions to Project Managers and Developers to help ensure security enhancements and controls are proactively applied
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of security architecture building blocks
  • Defining reference models to ensure efficient application and risk mitigation across Group and business divisions
  • Assisting in the evaluation and selection of security technology/products as defined in the security technology roadmap
  • Reviewing the configuration of existing systems or solutions and identifying security issues which requires a change to its configuration; providing improvement recommendations and ensuring any risks are proactively managed
  • Collaborating with change management and project leaders to keep abreast of and continuously improve the project lifeycle methodology and security design governance requirements
  • Experience in the development of security architecture frameworks
  • An understanding of general security practices such as encryption, IAM, security information and event management
  • Cloud security knowledge, in particular with Azure, would be a huge plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for dealing with colleagues at all seniority levels
  • A certification in the field of Information Security such as CCSK or equivalent would be great – we will also support you in obtaining further certifications!
