We are looking for someone to support our Future Talent recruitment and programmes within our Investment Management business, with a focus on providing excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. We are keen to hire an experienced recruiter with demonstrable experience in the future talent space. Working within a small team you will play a significant role in recruiting entry level talent into the organisation.

  • Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process from job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate enquiries and onboarding
  • Ensure our candidates have an exceptional experience at all touchpoints in the hiring process so that all candidates, irrespective of outcome, derive a benefit from applying for a job with us
  • Plan and co-ordinate virtual events, on campus and in-house diversity events, including sourcing candidates, scheduling speakers, facilitating sessions
  • Build relationships with careers services, societies, and other key stakeholders within the business
  • Be responsible for the summer internship programmes, including facilitating sessions, booking in presentation slots and feedback meetings, and supporting with networking events
  • Support the business with their hiring plans and working with them on strategic workforce planning
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business
  • Experience in Future Talent recruitment ideally within financial services or professional services
  • A strong customer focus with a desire to provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise whilst working to deadlines
  • A strong communicator with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the business
