You'll also manage the risks and issues involved in the plan in order to deliver to agreed timescales, cost and quality.

  • Maintain plans in the light of new and changing demands and act as ‘front door’ for demands on the team.
  • Develop and maintain a RAID log for each team (incorporating limitations and remediation logs) to enable management to have a comprehensive overview of the position of the team.
  • Provide stakeholder management to enable all stakeholders of the Reporting Team to understand the position of the team and deliverables it is required to produce. Develop and report using suitable MI.
  • Ensure that appropriate governance is followed, both for planning and for the deliverables the Reporting Team produces.

  • Good IT skills and expert user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Experience in using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project and willing to undertake further training when need arises.
  • Good communication skills, appropriate to audience, good presentation skills, strength of presence and character to manage teams of skilled busy people.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or APM) desirable

Whatever your role, we reward ability, performance and attitude with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Our employees have a wide range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, 25 days’ holiday, private medical insurance, discretionary performance related bonuses, paid overtime, a variety of share schemes, discounts at both a huge range of high street stores and our own great products. Your hard work will be rewarded when you join us.

Or are you concerned that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t possible given your personal circumstances?
