Are you looking for a role where your data analysis feeds directly into senior management decision-making? This performance reporting data analyst role works with budget, forecast and people data to produce data insights and proposals for a dynamic business transformation and technology function

You would be joining a small team at the heart of a technology and transformation area, working across all elements of the department, meaning that you will have a holistic view of everything going on in the area

We embrace change and are always looking for people to suggest how we can improve processes, this role can either be based in our Hove or London office, we offer a flexible working office with your time split between the office and working from home

 

  • Supporting analysis to enable required reporting and forecasting within the Business Operations function
  • Supporting co-ordination of the annual budget submission and track the performance against the budget
  • Ensuring the timely payment to key suppliers
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of internal and external MI reporting and dashboard to inform decision making
  • Managing and maintaining the repositories and intranet areas where data and reports are stored whilst providing regular communications across the Business Transformation and Technology function
  • For this role you’ll have business analysis experience, using data with a proven track record of shaping and analysing proposals, within a transformation and technology function
  • You'll have a track record of building effective and collaborative relationships to enable execution of analysis tasks
  • You will be someone who is able to identify and delver process enhancements
  • You’ll have proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience using SharePoint lists would also be desirable
  • Prior usage of JIRA would be beneficial
