The Communications Design Co-ordinator will design market leading customer communications using the Adobe Creative Suite whilst adhering to brand guidelines and best practice design principles.  

  • Accountable for the design / rebranding of customer communications and digital assets using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) which showcase the brand guidelines in the best light with vulnerable customers in front of mind
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage updates to customer communications
  • Organise the print, stock management and distribution of customer communications and stationery to ensure accurate version control and stakeholder management whilst driving operational savings
  • Provide general administration services for the Customer Communications Team such as Mailbox management, invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Support the management of technical production issues through effective stakeholder management, change management and incident management with strong oversight of our technical fulfilment processes
  • Prioritise customer centric improvements which remove friction from the customer journey with inclusion consideration and vulnerable customers in front of mind.
  • Previous Communications experience
  • Experience of design products such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (essential)
  • Understanding of design principles, in particular layout, typography, and digital design.
  • Knowledge and experience of best practice design technology and relevant professional development to ensure industry standards
  • Understanding of branding principles.
