The Communications Data/MI Analyst will develop and analyse data to drive insight and effectively monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot data issues around the production of our customer communications. 

  • Take responsibility for developing reports and dashboards to reconcile and measure the effectiveness of our digital communications and print streams while ensuring end users are trained on new reports
  • Utilise communications data to conduct cost analysis and support with analysis to drive insight and contribute to business cases and front door submissions
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure accuracy in reporting and effectively monitor and reconcile the production of our customer communications
  • Provide general administration services for the Customer Communications Team such as Mailbox management, invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Support the Customer Communications team by utilising Adobe Analytics and other analytic tools to establish best practice reporting and controls to monitor the effectiveness of our communications
  • Troubleshoot data issues and support in investigating and managing technical production incidents
  • Prioritising customer centric improvements which remove friction from the customer journey with inclusion consideration and vulnerable customers in front of mind.
  • Experience working as a Data/MI Analyst (essential)
  • Ability to analyse existing analytic tools and provide automated solution recommendations
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
  • A fine eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills

Technical Competencies (beneficial):

  • Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, DB2
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of DAX to transform, manipulate and analyse data to be presented in Power BI reports.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Query (M Query) used to extract data to Power BI from various data sources.
