Are you an experienced Business Analyst? Have you worked on a large scale transformation project or programme? We have a fantastic opportunity to join Legal & General Investment Management at a significant period in our history, as we undertake a large-scale transformation programme to improve the way we work and make it easier for our clients to do business with us! We have a 12-month FTC Business Analyst positions available which will see you partnering with the project team responsible for helping to navigate business change through the change framework. Please note we will consider fully remote working options.

  • Working with subject matter experts to document existing business processes and add them to our master process document
  • Reviewing business processes for in-scope areas (Finance, Risk, Compliance etc) against the strategic target operating model and identify those affected
  • Defining any new processes as a result of the implementation of the business strategy
  • Documenting business requirements for any developments to be carried out

You will need to have experience gathering business requirements for a new target operating model experience

It would be ideal if you come from a financial services background, or if you have worked in an assett manager previously

You'll have business process experience and data experience

It goes without saying you'll hold data experience

About the Programme:

Over the next three years, LGIM will be integrating their middle office services with State Street and expanding the use of Charles River technology.

We are creating a Strategic Target Operating Model that will offer our clients a more automated, consistent and seamless service experience across the world and free our people to use their expertise and creativity to innovate how we work.

It’s an exciting time to join the business as we look to improve our technology and data to ensure we compete globally to be a progressive asset manager.

Whatever your role, we reward ability, performance and attitude with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Our employees have a wide range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, 25 days’ holiday, an annual supplement for private medical insurance, discretionary performance related bonuses, paid overtime, discounts at both a huge range of high street stores and our own great products. Your hard work will be rewarded when you join us.

Does this opportunity excite you but you’re not 100% sure if you meet all the requirements for the role? Or are you concerned that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t possible given your personal circumstances? We’re aware that candidates, especially women, can be put off from applying for a job unless they tick every box, or candidates who are parents or have other caring responsibilities may not think they can achieve the flexibility they need. If this is you, we’re keen to connect; and whilst we can’t accommodate every flexible working request, we’ll try to find a practical solution. So why not apply?
