We are excited to be hiring a Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to support on key projects,L&D activities and the implementation of a new world class learning academy.

You'll help enhance business performance and retain talent by coordinating the design and delivery of relevant L&TD solutions through the Academy.

 

  • Support Head of L&D to align the LGIM Learning Academy to strategic priorities, business plans and HR strategic priorities
  • Support ongoing development and management of the LGIM Learning Academy share point Hub to provide one-stop-shop for five core learning suites (LGIM Leader; LGIM Professional; LGIM Induction; LGIM Culture; LGIM Fast Forward) and wider learning and development resources  with sign posting to all resources available across the wider L&G platform
  • Support the provision of a straightforward, engaging, inclusive and high impact learning experience for all LGIM employees
  • Ensures the timely collation of data for the divisional and business unit talent reviews, engagement and calibration review meetings.
  • Coordinate L&D training initiatives working with the Head of Learning and Development on ad hoc projects including development database, talent reviews, talent tracker and training venues where relevant.
  • Responsibility for liaising with relevant partners (Performance Management, HR MI, Group L&TD and D&I our Managed Service Provider, Finance and internal Comms) to produce timely and accurate LGIM Academy MI dashboards to demonstrate ROI for senior management consideration to support business objectives.
  • Build strong collaborative relationship with Group L&TD and D&I colleagues to ensure alignment, create synergies and leverage group resources and learning offer
  • Support HR team with follow-up development actions from the Employee Engagement Survey (Voice survey), performance calibrations and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Delivering mandatory training reporting for ExCo and to assists the HRBPs in prompting managers and their teams to complete mandatory CBT requirements.
  • Delivering reports to ensure performance reviews and annual objectives are completed on the system to the set deadlines.

The role requires solid experience of learning and development coordination as well as good knowledge of HR processes and procedures, an understanding of the scope and role of Human Resources function, with extensive experience of working in an HR Learning and Development department, coordination of key learning activities with a diversity and inclusion lens

  • Good understanding and experience of using Office 365/tools, Teams and Sharepoint/intermediate/advanced Excel to collate and manipulate data and or previous experience of Microsoft PowerBI analytics tool.
  • Demonstrate experience of successfully coordinating a comprehensive learning and development curriculum using a variety of learning and delivery approaches with exceptional digital skills
  • A proven track record of successful  L&D coordination covering technical, professional, management, leadership, personal effectiveness and digital development solutions
  • Comfortable using LMS or other learning applications to host, deliver and track learning programmes
  • Experience in evaluating and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of learning
  • A pragmatic and flexible style, collaborative and able to build effective partnerships
  • Excellent planning and project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Experience in evaluating and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of learning
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
