We are excited to be hiring for a Tableau Analytics Manager within Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM). 

You'll work directly with business stakeholders, the analytics team and data analysts to help drive and deliver the organisational roll out of Tableau (or other BI tools). 

 

  • Help to design and build out what ‘Good’ Tableau infrastructure should be, document and drive the implementation of roll out
  • Build out and support data governance within Tableau including permission models
  • Understand the reporting requirements as specified by the FP&A and Business Analytics team. Document requirements where appropriate and implement projects
  • Stakeholder communication and priority management
  • Driving Tableau dashboard development while having the ability to maintain Tableau servers.
  • Driving growth and improvements of data and new techniques through the use of analytics.
  • Provide support and expertise across the team, support internal training of Tableau
  • Champion BI within the business.
  • Must have experience with Tableau and common BI and Reporting tools 
  • Proficient data analytical skills plus experience and background in financial management information reporting.
  • Demonstrable data modelling, analysis and data governance 
  • Strong initiative and ability to challenge/drive solutions 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to efficiently structure and summarise information with great attention to detail
  • Self-discipline and proactivity in managing own workload, i.e. getting clarity on priorities, managing expectations, dealing with interruptions and obstacle
  • Experienced at building effective relationships within and across IT & business teams.
  • SQL, ETL Tools - Wherescape, Alteryx would be desirable
