Due to our European Expansion plans, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Transfer Agency Delivery Manager to join either us based in either Dublin or Cardiff. You'll have responsibility for managing, growing and developing our European client service model, by supporting, initiating and delivering process changes to deliver a seamless onboarding and client service journey into LGIM products 

  • Evaluating operational transfer agent and onboarding processes and procedures and implementing continual improvement initiatives to enhance our European client service proposition
  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of European pooled business models, products, and servicing requirements. You'll take ownership of the operational relationship including providing dedicated support, regular service reviews, and the provision of relevant management information
  • Staying in touch with industry best practice approaches and the use of technology to create robust, scalable and efficient processes, ensuring that clients are delivered an excellent service. Supporting any projects which are introducing or directly shaping the servicing model
  • Providing feedback and engaging appropriately with Distribution, Transfer Agent Oversight and outsource providers, ensuring the range of services offered meet the growing needs of our clients
  • Effectively managing the team in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, including the Partnership Agreement, so that the team’s business objectives are achieved consistently
  • Acting as an escalation point and conduit for internal and external operational issues and initiatives ensuring key stakeholders are receiving a service which meets their expectations
  • Managing the resolution of complex outstanding items, business issues and rectifying anomalies to ensure a high-level of customer service
  • Working collaboratively with managers and vendors fostering credibility and influence towards developing a reputation of operational excellence across the firm
  • A strong understanding of supplier and client relationships, contracts and Service Level Agreements
  • Working knowledge of International Transfer Agencies and their systems / client services
  • In-depth knowledge of LGIM products including Unit Trust, SICAV, ICAV, ETF, Liquidity, OEIC, ACS, QIAIF
  • Ability to build successful and productive long term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail, in order to maintain quality standards and regulatory/Group compliance. You'll have a proactive approach and the ability to confidently make decisions based on the evaluation of risks using all available information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and convey information both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to own problems and resolve issues quickly in a way that treats customers fairly and protects the business
  • Resilient and able to challenge individuals and established processes diplomatically and tactfully
