We're looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to join our Hove office to cover a period of maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. 

Working closely with colleagues in both Hove and London, you'll be providing an exceptional level of relationship and reporting support to pooled Institutional and Unit Trust clients, acting as the first port of call for all enquiries managed by the Client Reporting team.

 

  • Preparing and checking regulatory reports, audit packs and data provision to clients, administrators and consultants using your knowledge of internal systems and our product range
  • Attending team meetings and conference calls where required with the London office and taking responsibility for projects, client reporting changes and operational meetings when opportunities arise
  • Providing high level technical support and an exceptional level of relationship and reporting support to pooled Institutional and Unit Trust clients, demonstrating an understanding of a pooled and segregated product range such as Equities, Fixed Income, Property, Multi Asset and Cash
  • Managing end to end production and delivery processes for your allocation of client audit and regulatory reports, providing wider service assistance as required by the team
  • Owning and co-ordinating the successful resolution of client enquiries from start to finish, liaising and utilising expertise from around the business in order to meet deadlines
  • Proactively work with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion and in line with client expectations
  • Continually identify areas of improvement, identifying efficiencies as well as taking an active role in projects that will enhance client service and benefit the business
  • An understanding of client benchmarks and concepts such as Liability Driven Investments and familiarity of DC Platforms
  • Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts
  • An understanding the investment industry and of the different investment vehicle options
  • Knowledge of current investment, market and economic issues
  • Experience working within the pensions Institutional (DB&DC) and Unit Trust investment product knowledge & index funds knowledge would be beneficial
  • Excellent  IT skills including Microsoft Excel (VBA desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly team orientated, with an ability to work effectively under pressure with large volumes
