We have a wonderful opportunity for a Product Support Advisor to join our Mortgage Club team in Barnsley!

In this role you’ll be providing support regarding our unique Mortgage Clubs products. You’ll be applying relevant processes controls to maintain compliance, and ensure that all product stakeholders have the relevant information to make decisions on priorities for change.

  • Making changes or updates to new and existing products by applying the relevant process controls, ensuring that all products remain accurate and compliant.
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and Operations & Commercial Manager to ensure that they have available relevant information to make decisions on priorities for change.
  • Owning relevant processes to ensure that they remain relevant and that as a result, Mortgage Club products remain compliant.
  • To collating and analysing any feedback from external and internal stakeholders including complaints and feedback to identify improvements.
  • Interacting with lenders, brokers and other key stakeholders over complex queries and act upon requested lender changes.
  • Owning and maintaining accurate records of key information related to Mortgage Club products.
  • Proactively reviewing products to ensure accuracy is maintained and any errors are identified and corrected.
  • Ensuring that Treating Customer Fairly is adhered too.
  • Some knowledge of the UK mortgage market
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure in an orderly and accurate manner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations & demonstrates actions that show an appropriate balance of stakeholder and commercial needs.
  • Proactively escalates decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
