Are you an experienced Risk Management professional? Are you a great communicator and influencer? If so, please continue reading, as we have an amazing opportunity available as an Operational Risk Consultant.

  • Providing oversight of the management of operational risks within the business.
  • Working directly with management to provide guidance, support and direction with the aim of ensuring there is a robust and proportionate control environment in place.
  • Overseeing the management and maintenance of the processes and systems in place for identifying, controlling and reviewing key risks and control deficiencies.
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports and MI to illustrate business performance against risk and control measures.
  • Maintaining user profiles and risk maps within OneSumX, to ensure appropriate business users attest to applicable key controls.
  • Supporting and overseeing the business in its implementation of business change, providing guidance in the assessment of associated risks and adherence to the requirements of appropriate governance arrangements.
  • Working alongside the Compliance function in assessing the risk implications of regulatory requirements and assisting the business in embedding processes to mitigate such risk.
  • Previous experience within a similar function the Pensions or the financial services industry
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data 
  • First class communication skills
  • Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills
