Fantastic opportunity for a Pre Trade Monitoring Analyst to join our team here in London. The role will provide full service to a specified desk area, incorporating the complete workflow of Guideline Management and Control processes to ensure that delivery and reporting is timely, accurate and of the highest quality.  The Analyst will act as the point of contact for the wider team when it comes to coding and systems, so a strong background in the area is required. 

  • Ensuring the monitoring of all Regulatory/client guidelines for funds are captured in Bloomberg AIM
  • On-going maintenance and improvement of the GMC pre trade processes with a focus on standardisation and automation
  • Ensuring Procedures are in place
  • Timely review of Pre-Trade alerts and validate where/if required
  • Question and challenge Pre-Trade alerts if in violation of guidelines
  • Provide timely assistance to the monitoring team and wider business with coding and compliance system queries
  • Coding new rules and changing existing rules in to Bloomberg AIM
  • On-going review of alerts to ensure that appropriate comments are being compiled
  • Solid and relevant experience of market trade compliance management
  • A solid understanding of the investment process
  • Knowledge of markets and products
  • Good asset type knowledge
  • Intermediate to advance Excel knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Bloomberg AIM Compliance System
