A role that will be critical in helping us create revenue by creating and capturing data outputs to measure performance and drive business decisions.  

You you will deliver regular analytics for key stakeholders across the business, produce dashboards, workspaces and project output reports.

You'll join a great team who are at the forefront of our digital journey. 

  • Delivering regular digital analytics reporting to senior stakeholders such as to Marketing, SEO and Optimisation teams.
  • Create dashboards/ workspaces at the end of digital analytics projects or on adhoc requests from existing template or designing a new template.
  • Update dashboards/ workspaces to meet stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Conduct data investigations in Adobe analytics in order to identify issues, opportunities and then provide recommendations.
  • Monitor team mailbox, deal with the stakeholders’ queries and manage their expectations. 
  • Assist the tagging team in testing some web journeys when necessary.

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of Digital Analytics, especially out of the box dimensions such as referrers, devices etc. and metrics such as Unique visitors, Sessions / Visits, Pageviews.
  • Some knowledge of custom dimensions and custom metrics in digital analytics.
  • Good level of Microsoft Excel knowledge required, additional skills such as vLookUps, Pivot table (desirable)
  • Knowledge of dashboards / workspaces
  • Understanding of how cookies used for digital analytics tracking (desirable)
  • Some understanding of data layer (desirable)

Experience

  • Experience of working in the digital analytics field for some time
  • Experience of creating dashboards / workspaces
  • Some experience of logically and methodically investigate data issues in digital analytics tools and then provide fix / optimisation recommendations
  • Experience of dealing with the stakeholders
  • Some experience of Adobe analytics (desirable)
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and 3rd party suppliers (desirable).
  • Experience of high volume on/offline transactional environments (desirable)

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or educated to Degree level or equivalent (desirable)
