An amazing mat-cover opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant.

  • Manage all aspects of the Marketing Director’s diary including incoming and outgoing appointments, book meeting rooms, arrange dial-in set-up, support presentations if/when required and arrange catering if/when required.
  • Network and build rapport with key stakeholders across the business and with their PAs.
  • Manage budgets: helping raise PO’s and process invoices for payment as well as sorting out invoice queries. Supporting the Marketing Director and their Direct Reports to manage overall department budgets.
  • Manage the team training budget, book training as per requests and support snr management to help identify any gaps where training/development is required.
  • Deal with new supplier requests for supplier procurement.
  • Deliver monthly team meetings, including room booking, dial-in set-up, agenda setting, support presentations if/when required and arrange catering if/when required.
  • Book relevant meeting rooms, travel tickets, flights etc for the Marketing Director and snr marketing team
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day admin and BAU requirements.
  • Organise team events throughout the year, keep a diary of team birthdays and arrange for cards to be signed/sent accordingly, arrange other ad-hoc gifts/flowers as required.
  • Support delivery of divisional events.
  • Manage and keep updated the new joiner process.
  • Numerate and analytical, as well as highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English.
  • IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages that support the full range of administrative activities
  • Good with people and an ability to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills
  • To be able to adapt to a fast moving environment and provide support to the marketing team.
  • Good team working skills
