Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Client and Fund Reporting Analyst to join our team in Hove. Working in our client focused reporting team you'll be interacting directly with clients/consultants, and working alongside the reporting teams in London, Dublin and varying other teams within LGIM. 

If you have experience of working within the investment management industry providing an exceptional level of client service and support to clients, and previous experience in the production of reporting we'd love to hear from you!

 

  • Owning and managing the end to end production and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly client deliverables and reports, ensuring they're delivered accurately and in a timely manner. These include investment and fund reports, regulatory and audit reports and ad-hoc requests
  • Owning and collating the timely delivery of data to clients, consultants, and research and fund platforms, ensuring services are delivered within agreed SLA guidelines, and in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards
  • Providing data to internal and external parties, this will include fund data factsheet and key investor information alongside full involvement of the implementation of new issues.
  • Full reporting on fund ratings and peer group analysis, alongside monitoring competitors and regulatory requirements in Europe, Middle East and Asia, Japan.
  • Understanding systems, data and associated processes, procedures and controls, ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of reports and data provided.
  • Working with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion in line with client expectations
  • Promote flexibility; ensuring individuals within the team are trained and, where necessary, up-skilled to support the wider LGIM Hove CSO network
  • Adhering to and reviewing procedures, controls and processes, updating process documentation and completing controls and error logs where required, and looking after our clients best interests whilst looking to mitigate risk

 

  • Good understanding of the various investment vehicles and strategy types run by LGIM
  • Experience of working within the investment management including providing an exceptional level of client service and support to clients
  • Previous experience producing reporting outputs to various stakeholders  and internal / external clients (not necessarily in the Investment Management industry)
  • A track record of dealing with external and internal clients, building significant relationships with contacts up to and including senior levels
  • Significant attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong workflow management experience
  • Must possess a good level of business ‘gravitas’
  • Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, team-orientated and proactive, with the ability to work on your own initiative
