We're looking to hire a highly organised, team orientated Fund Reporting Analyst to join our Fund Reporting team in Hove. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering fund level transaction cost reporting, fund fact sheets and other fund data reporting. This is a key role that'll help promote LGIM’s strategies and funds business to clients, prospects and advisors.

• Providing data to internal and external parties for our various fund ranges. This will include fund data factsheet and key investor information alongside full involvement of the implementation of new issues.
• Full reporting on fund ratings and peer group analysis, alongside monitoring competitors and regulatory requirements in Europe, Middle east and Asia, Japan.
• Supporting the team in London with factsheet production relating to the SICAV, OEIC and Unit Trust products, alongside the on-going maintenance of Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs/PRIIPS) across various jurisdictions
• Proactively support with change initiatives and process enhancements
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements across the various jurisdictions and the impact they have on fund reporting
• Providing data to external data suppliers e.g. Funds Library, Huguenot or any 3rd party providers for factsheet publications and websites
• Monitoring and regularly reporting on Fund Ratings and Peer group analysis, and responding to internal data requests to support business development
• Establishing, documenting and maintaining processes which are compliant and robust

• Relevant demonstrable experience of an analytical role at a similar level, with a background in the production of fund reporting outputs to various stakeholders internal / external clients
• Light understanding of the different investment vehicles and strategy types run by LGIM
• Understanding of fund reporting and the associated regulations across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions
• Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience in securing delivery of high-quality inputs from colleagues who are often working under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly team orientated, driven, with the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work on your own initiative
