Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, an opportunity exists for a data driven and customer-focused Digital Marketing Executive to help drive delivery of the company’s Digital Marketing strategy. This is a vital and exciting role, where the ideal candidate should be excellent creative communicator and have a passion for maximising value from digital platforms. The ability to thrive under pressure, often within tight deadlines will be key.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, an opportunity exists for a data driven and customer-focused Digital Marketing Executive to help drive delivery of the company’s Digital Marketing strategy. This is a vital and exciting role, where the ideal candidate should be excellent creative communicator and have a passion for maximising value from digital platforms. The ability to thrive under pressure, often within tight deadlines will be key.  

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the implementation and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure new developments are loaded onto the website and third party websites at the earliest opportunity and kept up to date.
  • Regularly monitor the Company’s listings on all portals, Google and paid online media, ensuring they are up to date and meeting best practice guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to become a Super User of the company’s website.
  • Working with other stake holders within the business to propose and make regular content updates to non-development related content on the website when required.
  • Support the day to day upkeep of the website and suggest new ideas for its development and improvements to UX.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to provide analytical insight to support marketing campaigns and wider website activity.
  • Liaise with the appointed Digital and Creative Agencies to support the delivery of digital projects alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, this will sometimes include the production of offline marketing materials such as signage, newspaper/magazine ads.
  • Support the company’s social media strategy, hashtag strategy and social content approval processes whilst assisting with the insight of social listening. Researching emerging social media trends and understanding the changing algorithms to help maximise its effect in a business context.
  • Support the implementation of an SEO strategy and ongoing analysis of keyword ranking to help drive organic traffic, website rank authority whilst keeping up to speed with search engine algorithm changes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for different audiences, who use a multitude of different devices.
  • Support with ensuring KPIs are met; lead generation, monitoring lead conversion, enquiry management through the company’s CRM.
  • Ensuring the accurate implementation of all branding, marketing and advertising material across all platforms at all times. Input into the development of branded templates and common procedures to work across the business to ensure consistency in customer facing collateral.
  • Assist with the organisation of launches and events as directed.  Attendance at events may be required periodically.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing budgets of ongoing campaigns.

Track record

  • The successful candidate will have a track record of working in a digital marketing role with experience of delivering on digital marketing strategies within a prop tech environment.
  • You will have the ability to identify opportunities to deliver our goals and objectives and experience across the full digital marketing mix and of supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Experience

  • Strong experience within a Digital Marketing or Web Development support role.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and customer journey behavioural segmentation to support digital campaigns that engage and convert.
  • Experience of A/B Testing and website auditing tools.
  • Experience of making improvements to emailers and website content using a basic knowledge of HTML from data obtained through both A/B testing.
  • Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Analytics to track organic and paid search, email, display, social and all other marketing activities in an omni-channel environment.
  • Experience of SEO, meta tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, structured data and robot text implementation.
  • Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable.
