This role supports the finance activities of the business and manages the day to day accounts payable transactions and processing.

• To undertake all day-to-day accounts payable activities
• Invoice payments and processing, ensuring invoices are paid out of the correct bank accounts and charged to the correct legal entities
• Dealing with supplier queries and correcting invoice addresses as required
• Statement reconciliations
• Expense claim payments and processing
• PO processing
• Liaising with the wider business to ensure all invoices are paid on a timely basis
• Liaising with the wider finance team to ensure sufficient funds in place for payment runs
• Assisting with other operational finance activities as required

Track record and experience

• Experience of accounts payable activities or similar
• Knowledge of property or construction businesses an advantage
• Knowledge of COINS accounting system an advantage

• An attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, self-starter
