We are recruiiting for Digital Operations, MI, & Admin support, reporting into the Digital & Tools lead, the role supports all requirements related to Group Procurement and Supplier Management digital tools and GPSM reporting and administration.

Reporting into the Digital & Tools lead, the role supports all requirements related to GPSM digital tools and GPSM reporting and administration. The role will assist with the creation and implementation of GPSM`s digital strategy and pathway and help ensure that GPSM and the Procurement Centres get best value from the Procurement and SRM tools.

At an operational level, the role will also be responsible for managing the existing GEP Smart and Oracle I Procurement systems in relation to ensuring on-going service / availability (working with operational owners), enhancements and developments as well as managing access, changes, upgrades and training etc.  Tools training and helping to create a digital engagement model and ecosystem with L&G users will also be key tasks as well as looking for opportunities to further leverage tools and drive digital processes and automation as GPSM`s “Digital Champion”.

Principal accountabilities:

Contribute to and help implement GPSM digital strategy across the “Source to Contract” tools and P2P tools and categories whilst supporting in the identification of opportunities and making recommendations to streamline processes and drive digital change within the Procurement & SRM environment.

Work closely with the category leads to ensure best value from the tools and to drive positive digital change and innovation.

Ensure on-going operational performance of inscope tools and own and manage enhancements, upgrades etc and participate in relationship management activities with tools providers and internal support teams where applicable.

Operationally manage the access controls, user logs and supporting training and management of the tools.

Ensure that the tools provide appropriate reporting and standard reports for the GPSM team and own and manage monthly reports and wider GPSM team reporting and MI and analytics.

Help to refresh / update in scope policies, approaches and handbooks based on the digital strategy and corresponding change and impact to process and supplier engagement model.

In all situations where suppliers provide goods and services directly to our external customers, ensure that procurement activity and supplier relationships, in scope to GPSM, are managed in line with Legal & General’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy.
