The Governance Reporting Consultant will design, prepare and produce regular and ad hoc, accurate and timely Reporting for our customers.

  • Design, prepare and produce regular and ad hoc, accurate and timely Reporting for our customers.
  • Maintain and develop the correct production of regular and recurrent reports, ensuring procedures are in place, understood and followed.
  • Define, develop and deliver processes to ensure that a consistently high quality service is provided to all internal and external customers by acting as a point of liaison between system owners and the department.
  • Co-ordinate, recommend, request, prioritise and review any ideas for improvement, changes or developments to reports and business tools obtained while pro-actively monitoring and reducing errors and omissions in all reports.
  • Analyse, interpret, challenge and provide insights and intelligence surrounding trends and potential issues to improve the Governance Reports, controls and customer service.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the relevant pension regulations and compliance requirements, including complaint handling, and breach reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc requirements to assist customers with their needs in a professional format.
  • Create & Implement system and reporting developments to deliver streamlined processes, reports and efficiencies.
  • Ensure that through continuous development our reporting proposition develops with the need of our customers.
  • Supporting colleagues by carrying out the production of reports ensuring they are collated as per instruction ensuring they are ready and cover the correct specifications.
  • Supporting colleagues with Accounting for Tax, Accounting and Auditory information where required.
  • Excellent Client focus/relationship management skills are essential
