The Business Change Support Officer will support transformational product lines in managing the people aspect of change. They will be responsible for the delivery of change management owned activities in compliance with change management governance framework.

The Business Change Support Officer will support transformational product lines in managing the people aspect of change. They will be responsible for the delivery of change management owned activities in compliance with change management governance framework.

You will be expected to complete these change management activities in a timely and effective manner that will contribute to L&G’s continued financial growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Deliver change activities as directed and maintain records and governance
  • Run change processes in line with agreed methodologies and standards, ensuring change audit records are up to date and accessible
  • Support Transformation colleagues in all aspects of change delivery
  • Track change metrics to monitor adoption, effort, schedule, scope, benefits and ROI
  • Set up meetings, Follow-up action points from project meetings, Draft status updates,
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for the project stakeholder
  • Highlight potential risks, issues and continuous improvement opportunities
  • To ensure approach to and work delivered supports L&G’s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) to ensure the right outcome and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • PROSCI desireable

 

Experience

  • Regulated Industry background preference (Financial Services)
  • Change management and/or project support experience with track record of supporting delivery
  • Track record of building effective relationships  
  • Proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas

 

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities, and managing a highvolume of tasks, deadlines, requirements and decisions  
  • Collaborative worker who freely shares their knowledge and experience with good influencing skills
  • Effective at making good decisions and delivering great outcomes in in line with business strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various internal and external businesses and support functions
