As a Test Analyst you will have an important role in the delivery of the transformation and business growth objectives of the division through Test services. You will drive successful project delivery through collaboration with the operational teams to ensure the project deliveries meet business needs via innovative test definition and execution. As a Test Analyst you will have an important role in the delivery of the transformation and business growth objectives of the division through Test services. You will drive successful project delivery through collaboration with the operational teams to ensure the project deliveries meet business needs via innovative test definition and execution. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Creates and executes quality test plans that deliver the required validation of functionality via a risk based approach across a number of projects. Where applicable, lead a team of business SMEs for the execution of tests.
  • Proactively works with both business and 3rd party testers to ensure coverage across all test stages is adequate and unique.
  • Creates automation coverage that reduces regression effort during and after project delivery
  • Delivers effective & timely communication to Test Managers and Project Managers.
  • Provide input into defining the appropriate test approach in collaboration with the Test Manager, ensuring effective test preparation and execution.
  • Understands the principles of Business Technology & Transformation and is able to translate these principles into business/people change activities and project outcomes
  • People management partnership accountabilities for jobholders who manage people
  • Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

Qualifications:

  • IT degree educated or suitable comparable role experience and capability

 

Experience:

  • Outstanding test analyst experience requried and proven delivery track record of change / transformation
  • Experience with test automation development desirable (Selenium, Web API and Jenkins)

 

Leadership:

  • Good influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with people across a broad range of levels
