The Corporate Investment Service Consultant will be required to provide an end-to-end high quality service to Corporate, Nominee and Charity clients. They will be highly receptive to the individual customer needs, and level of investor sophistication, whilst having the flexibility to quickly adapt to different client’s needs, providing a tailored, individual one-stop service.

 

 

The Corporate Investment Service Consultant will be required to provide an end-to-end high quality service to Corporate, Nominee and Charity clients. They will be highly receptive to the individual customer needs, and level of investor sophistication, whilst having the flexibility to quickly adapt to different client’s needs, providing a tailored, individual one-stop service.

Full training will be provided, but the right person will be able to:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge to provide a comprehensive suite of service options and information to our investors
  • Own and resolve client enquiries from all communication channels including telephone, email and postal to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
  • Develop and maintain competence of the end-to-end processes within Corporate Accounts, to ensure customer experience is at the forefront of our team values
  • Be able to represent the Corporate Accounts Team in a professional manner at all times
  • Comfortable working on own initiative in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
  • Good team player and willing to share ideas with colleagues and peers
  • Able to make decisions based on evaluation of risk and using all available information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Relevant Financial services qualifications (e.g. IOC) would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Able to articulate and evidence knowledge & skills in the following areas:
  • Decision Making.
  • Operational Awareness.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Organisational Awareness.
  • Working with others.
  • Interpersonal skills
