We have an opportunity for a part time Team Manager to join our growing team in Cardiff.

 

PURPOSE: 

To represent Legal & General in a way that positively role models our values and behaviours. To pro-actively lead and develop a team to help them be the best they can be. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, coaching and motivational skills to deliver our vision of doing the right things in the right way for our customers, shareholders and colleagues.

Regulatory and operational risk

 

Protect our customers, people and shareholders by complying with regulatory requirements and operational risk guidelines.

Proactively ensures compliance with these within their team to minimise risks

Timely completion of risk controls each month, raising ad hoc risks and issues and ensuring any on-going issues are on track and up to date.

Ensures the completion of all mandatory learning before established deadlines.

Operational hours 8.30am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am-1pm (Saturdays)

This position is part time for up to 20 hours per week (minimum 17.5 hours) to include Mondays and Saturdays with flexibilty around the remaining hours, but a set pattern of work would be prefferred.
