Reporting to the Sales Manager a new opportunity exists for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to help support the company’s on-site Sales and Marketing strategy. This role provides administration and clerical support for the sales department, including responsibility for coordinating the team and supporting colleagues with sales related enquiries from other departments.  Attendance at launch events or home shows may be required.

Reporting to the Sales Manager a new opportunity exists for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to help support the company’s on-site Sales and Marketing strategy. This role provides administration and clerical support for the sales department, including responsibility for coordinating the team and supporting colleagues with sales related enquiries from other departments.  Attendance at launch events or home shows may be required.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for setting up an agreed system of filing (hard copy and electronic) for all unit sales, recording the key information and responsible for distributing relevant elements to other departments in a timely fashion.  Ensuring that data is stored to GDPR and auditable standards.
  • Attending the weekly sales/build meeting to take detailed minutes of target exchange dates, CML and LC dates.
  • Working with the Sales Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to collate data relevant to the weekly reporting requirements.
  • Answering customer calls as required  - have knowledge of upcoming developments and forward/respond to enquiries appropriately.
  • Being a key point of contact with external sales agencies appointed in the sale of our schemes to support them with the flow of information between parties.
  • Liaison with appointed sales agencies to ensure records meet auditable standards.
  • Liaison with digital, creative and interior design agencies as required to facilitate a flow of information between stakeholders.
  • Assist external sales teams and or Sales Manager(s), as required with events/launches/home shows, both by attending and with the organisation and preparation thereof.
  • Ensuring all sales literature is filed in a clear and orderly fashion.
  • Work with our internal systems; ie, customer database and management platform (Sales Force), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management System) systems. 
  • As required, schedule and send HTML emails, invitations, surveys etc. as instructed by the Sales Manager and/or Digital Marketing Manager. 

Qualifications:

  • A level educated or equivalent
  • Good academic background.

Track record

  • Experience within a residential developer, RP or Estate agency as a Sales & Marketing Administrator would be advantageous, moreover we are keen to hire an emerging talent with a desire to develop knowledge and build a career within the sales discipline. 
  • Experience in the creation, management and continual improvement of digital marketing platforms in the residential sector.

Experience

  • Shared Ownership product – preferably an understanding of this tenure, regulation, compliance  and demographic with a private sale approach to achieving sales
  • Acting efficiently and pro-actively within defined decision-making processes
