We are reacruiting for a Head of Digital Marketing

Design, develop and implement appropriate plans and activities that support the commercial ambitions of the digital marketing channels. Supports the Marketing Director in developing the overall divisional marketing strategy and accompanying tactical plans to achieve strategic targets.   

Detailed understanding of UX, SEO, and digital acquisition activity

Experience of using industry and competitor analysis data and tools to inform activity and assess potential of new opportunities and channels

Good understanding of changing data regulatory environment and its impact on digital marketing

Detailed understanding of acquisition metrics and associated software packages

Highly numerate with strong analytical skills. Able to manage budgets effectively and pull together relevant business cases to support investment

Excellent people management. Able to clearly and confidently communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects and builds to tight timescales- Good organisational and project management skills.

Thrives on change: able to demonstrate how they have embraced change and used it to their advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to present to numerous stakeholders clearly and articulately.

Significant experience of working with and managing multiple third party agencies and suppliers and ensure they are appropriately governed.

IT skills – Excellent working knowledge of full range of software packages that support our commercial needs.
